Bev Weise, founder and president of Leadership Talent Solutions, is a Talent Management Consultant and Executive Coach. She helps organizations identify, develop and retain their top legal and corporate talent, and helps individuals accelerate their readiness for higher levels of responsibility.

Ms. Weise has a unique background, combining experience in both corporate and legal settings. As Northrop Grumman’s Corporate Director of Executive Planning and Development, she initiated the first “Organization and Leadership Review Process,” to identify and develop future leaders for the top 120 positions in the company. As Executive Director of Interlaw Ltd., an international legal association with commercial law firms in 120 cities worldwide, she managed the organization for nearly 8 years. She was responsible for implementing member conferences in over 25 countries, designed to share Best Practices of law firm management and develop joint business.

Ms. Weise earned her BA in History at UCLA cum laude, an MBA in Organizational Management from UCLA Anderson School of Management, and completed the UCLA Executive Program. She is a certified Executive Coach by the International Coaching Federation.
