Jeffrey Goldman spoke at the ABA Committee on Copyright & New Technologies on Friday, August 6th from 9:30-10:30 am PDT (12:30-1:30 pm EDT). The roundtable discussion addressed "Hot Topics in Copyright Law," including discussion of the following recent court decisions:

(1) Viacom Int’l, Inc. v. YouTube, Inc., S.D.N.Y., No. 07 Civ. 2103, June 23, 2010 (discussion led by Joseph Gratz, a partner at Durie Tangri LLP, and UCLA Law School professor Doug Lichtman).

(2) Golan v. Holder, 10th Cir., No. 09-1234, June 21, 2010 (discussion led by ABA Division III Chair June Besek, Executive Director of the Kernochan Center for Law, Media and the Arts at Columbia Law School).
