Teryl Murabayashi is a senior vice president and associate general counsel for Union Bank, N.A. She is responsible for managing the Legal Division’s Credit Section, which supports all commercial front-end lending, and collection activity, for the Bank. This includes Corporate and Real Estate Lending, Oil and Gas, Power and Utilities, and Specialized Financial Services.
Ms. Murabayashi’s career has focused on creditors’ rights, and she has supported the Bank’s Special Assets, and Real Estate Special Assets Departments, among other responsibilities, since she joined the Bank in 2002.
She received her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and has an undergraduate degree in accounting from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. Ms. Murabayashi is also a Certified Public Accountant.
