Travis Gemoets spoke at the Employment Class Actions Conference presented by Law Seminars International. The conference took place on July 27 and 28, 2009, in San Francisco and addressed advanced topics in litigation. Travis spoke speaking on a panel to: "Wage and Hour: Advanced Topics in Litigation" discussing unique requirements under California’s Labor Code and Industrial Welfare Commission’s Wage Orders; impact of Brinker Restaurant v.
