On September 12, 2006, JMBM Attorney Michael Gold spoke at the Forbes conference, "Managing Risk in an IT Organization," in Beverly Hills, California.

Mr. Gold was part of a panel discussion entitled, "Great Risk Management: How Much Is Enough?" The panel, which included the CIO of Sony Pictures Entertainment, the CSO of MySpace.com and the Silicon Valley Bureau Chief of Forbes, had an in-depth discussion on risk management security strategy, effective regulatory compliance, and the next wave of innovations.
